Is Channing Tatum AKA Gambit Going To Be In X-Men Apocalypse?

The Gambit himself, Mr Channing Tatum recently took part in a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) to promote his latest dude sweaty dancing flic, Magic Mike XXL. During the AMA Tatum was asked questions relating to the upcoming Gambit solo film and X-Men Aocalypse!

The cheeky dancer (Tatum), was asked about the upcoming films and firstly mentioned how happy he was to have Rise of the Planet of the Apes director Rupert Wyatt on board. Tatum states "We finally found someone that I really do believe wants to make Gambit" & "it will be the second standalone character. And i just really think because Gambit is not the most popular or the biggest hero, I think there's a really unique opportunity. Marvel's done a lot of great movies that have made a ridiculous amount of money, and it's always good to figure how to change the form."

I think it's highly likely that we will see a cameo from Gambit in X-Men Apocalyse, due to that fact that they want to widen their universe like Marvel Studios have done. For the final time Tatum was asked if he'd appear in Apocalypse and stated "No ma'am, or sir. I definitely will not," I think that's a uncovincing lie right there, but thats just me ;)
