Building An Animatronic Apatosaurus For Jurassic World

Have you ever wanted your very own dinosaur? Of course you have! Well know you can build your very own......if you have the money, skill and equipment! ;) The team over at Legacy Effects, show us how they made the animatronic Apatosaurus for the emotinal scene in Jurassic World.

The scene sees the Apatosaurus laying dead in the in the jungle after the genetically modified Indominus Rex kills for sport. It's a lot more emotional than I just explained but you'll get it if you've seen the film!

Most of the Jurassic animals in the film were computer-generated, but that wasn't the case for the dying Apatosaurus scene!
